What changed
22 Jul 2026Briefnewly addedThe 386th amendment to the Rules split the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs into two departments. The Department of Capital Development takes the Central Public Works Department, the Delhi Development Authority and Delhi Metro. The Department of Urban Development takes the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT), Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) and housing.
